The book contains numerous lies to tell small children, all accompanied by black and white line sketches in a similar vein to The Book of Bunny Suicides. Examples of the lies include “Wine makes mummy clever” and “milk feels pain”. These cartoons and captions are, of course, completely pointless and unbelievable, like the “Bunny Suicides”.
